Some yummy chocolate fudge cakes I made for a charity auction last week.I wanted to make a contribution to a charity evening last week, as it was organised by a lovely woman Emilia, who has a beautiful bridal shop, Bridal Elegance in nearby Llanelli. I have two dummy cakes in her shop, and I was so excited when she agreed to take them I had a little squeal of delight, when I got back to my car. Made sure I was out of earshot though, I thought it wouldn't look very professional!!
Anyway.... this afternoon I had a phonecall, from a woman who had seen my name, and the above cupcakes, via a post from Bridal Elegance, she came over this evening and booked a birthday cake for her daughter, AND her friend,who is getting married later this year, is interested in me making her wedding cake!!!
Ooooooh I love my job
